After the obvious excesses of last night`s Casco Viejo Thanksgiving party (not that I regret anything, specially the two mountain size plates I ate of corn cake), all I can think about now is how to get rid of this annoying guilt and full stomach feeling. I mean, I have to make room for tonight`s debut of the wine bar in front of my office (Di Vino) and for the upcoming December partying!
One route is to never do this again. Of course, that never works and there is more partying coming up. The other one is to excercise… And just while I was thinking about this, in came Maria Pia with great news: she is starting Yoga classes at Santa Familia (Casco Viejo, Calle 4ta).
First class for free, she is planning to have the following schedule:
TUESDAYS – WEDNESDAYS – THURDAYS
10:30 a.m. / 12: 00 md / 3:30 p.m. / 5:00 p.m. / 6:30 p.m.
SATURDAYS 8:00 a.m. / 9:00 a.m.
