Lifestyle at Casco Antiguo, Panama
Casco Viejo`s National Theatre has always something interesting going on. Not always well publicized, though, so I`m always glad to post information as it gets to my hands. For all art lovers, here are the upcoming events for this week!
TODAY (Thursday April 28th & 29th): celebration of the international Dance Day. Several ballet and dance schools will be performing. Entrance is free. Call to check when they are starting: 262-3525
May 5th: Swiss piano, chords, violin and chello. Starting at 8 p.m. Tickets at Argosy and Allegro, starting at $5 for students. $15 for musicians and $30 general public.
May 10th and 12th: “Opera`s Love”. Starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets at Goticket, Arrocha Pharmacies, Power Club Gym and Extreme Planet.
And not in Casco Viejo, but close enough: the Museum of Contemporary Art in Ancon will be hosting until June 19th a show by Cuban maestro Roberto Fabelo. For more info: www.macpanama.org
