Casco Yoga has a full month coming! fun events and classes. Check them out, from Maya´s newsletter:
- After the amazing turn out and response for Jackie’s Yoga Dance Master Class on August 27th Casco decided to repeat this event on a monthly basis. As Jackie is training for a few weeks in the States in September the next one will be in October.
- This Thursday September 1st we are starting our second 14 day Challenge after the success of the first back in June. Looking forward to good vibes on and off the mat! (This is also available for anyone that has packages open, we can freeze these during this time.)
- On September 3rd we will do our first RUN-YOGA-BEER Event!
- On Saturday September 10th Leah Bess Murray wil be holding a beautiful workshop at the studio (special prices for Challengers).
- We are working closely with Leah to organise a Yoga Retreat during the Surf&Yoga Festival in Bocas del Toro. Stay tuned for more information.
- In addition, on september 17th we are having another RUN-YOGA-BEER Event ending with a small celebration at the studio for Edwin and Maya’s upcoming wedding.
- Please check our website/social media on a regular basis to stay up to date with the current schedule and for information on events. We made a small change regarding classes considering the traffic on Thursdays and Fridays (classes are 30 min later; 5:30 pm and 6:45 pm).
