The World Bank issued an interesting chart
this week featuring the growth pronostics for Latin America for 2010 and 2011.
Their main message pointed out to a world wide recovering economy, even if still quite
slow. On Latin America, their pronostics showed Panama among the leaders in the region,
growing at a 2.7% in 2010 and probably a 3.8% for 2011. With major projects
already under construction such as the Panama Canal Expansion, and most recently announced,
a brand new public transportation system, Panama´s hands seem to be full for the next
five years which will keep its economy moving.
