Panama Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
In preparation to the “World Cup Fever”, Casco Viejo held it`s own mini version of the games this past weekend. Kids from every age gathered at Calle 4ta and played until sundown. I`m sure Panama (and Casco) will be pretty much paralyzed tomorrow around 3 p.m. to see the opening, and many of the restaurants are preparing their flat screens to show the games. Where? Tántalo, Sitio del Casco, Cedros and Ko-koo (at Plaza Catedral) for sure. But I bet Calle 2nda and Calle 5ta will have their TV sets out on the street, usually you can just bring beer and hang out!
