Panama, Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
This is the week of surprises! we went to the recently opened Eco Gourmet at Norias in Casco Viejo. Located next to the Escuela de Estados Unidos, this little restaurant explores some overlooked Panamanian ingredients such as nance. Loved the octopus, the lamb and the salmon with the passion fruit and nance sauce.
