Panama, Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
This Saturday I went to an Acro Yoga workshop (my first time!). Some might know I´ve been practicing yoga on and off for a while, so Maya recommended the workshop. I really enjoyed it! it was super fun and challenging at the same time. But strangely, even if the photos below look super difficult, they were not. As my former ballet teacher would have said, it is more technique than strenght.
