Panama Early Republic Painting

Panama Casco Viejo

Gathering material for the upcoming patriot holidays in Panama (pretty much all November), I came across this photo.  The painting seems to be from the early Republic days, and depicts Panama as a beautiful lady holding a primitive version of the Panamanian flag.  Poetic license has been applied in many aspects of the representation, but still loved the elegance of it all!
