Now, after my “silly Casco” we get all serious!
I got a suggestion which I thought was really interesting and probably super helpful for people thinking in restoring in Casco Viejo. What have been the main “sins” of unsuccessful developments. We`ve seen plenty! but once you group them together, it all comes down to a few, strong (and hopefully avoidable) ones.
So, keep tuned to next week! we`ll be unveiling the “development sins” in Casco Viejo, but something tells me those will be applicable to other parts of the country as well.
