You start stretching at the beach at 4th Street Casco Viejo, small warm ups guided by John and/or Steve from Alley Cat`s Foundation (TLG Gym). Now, pick up the board, stand up and row. If you are in the mood to exercise hard, John and Steve will guide you through some hard core stuff. If you are in the mood to just feel nature and be zen, go past the bridge, and you`ll be completely in another world.
