Inside… almost a shell. Outside… a glorious façade, unique in the entire Casco Antiguo. Forgotten by time, mutilated by modern commerce, this is probably one of the most beautiful jewels in Santa Ana. Notice the historic picture at the left: it´s wide arches and terrace over the street where a unique feature. This picture, taken probably around 1914 shows the splendor of its days. Today, the government is working to expand the limits of the UNESCO protection into the lower part of Avenida Central where this building is located. Individually, they have already identified this incredible building and are able to grant an individual patrimonial category. Unexpected views and fantastic roof terrace will be the reward to those who believe in bringing back this beauty to life!
