It’s official! Construction has begun.

Gran Central has officially entered its construction phase with the Groundbreaking Ceremony, marking the start of work on this ambitious urban revitalization project.

Led by Conservatorio S.A., the ceremony included the first earthworks, offering a tangible sense of the scale, vision, and careful planning behind this mixed-use urban district, which integrates residences, a hotel, public plazas, and commercial spaces in harmony with its historic surroundings.
