Llevo a\u00f1os sonando en tener <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darna.com.pa\/\">Darna<\/a> o algo similar en el Casco. Pues, por la pandemia, tuvimos q cerrar los locales grandes que tuvimos y se vino la oportunidad de conocer a los administradores del local. Ellos ten\u00edan el espacio perfecto para un caf\u00e9 que te regresa por el tiempo\u2026 No queremos nada \u201cmoderno\u201d, \u201cecl\u00e9ctico\u201d\u2026 Queremos un caf\u00e9 con un men\u00fa sencillo y fresco que los clientes tengan un momento de tranquilidad. Que puedan tomar su caf\u00e9 local, con pasteler\u00eda y panes locales, hechos por nosotros. Regrese a Israel y tuve la suerte de trabajar\u00a0 con muy buenos panaderos y divinos chefs.\u00a0 Personas que me compartieron su t\u00e9cnicas y recetas.\u00a0 En 2003 regres\u00e9 a Panama y cuando abrimos Darna, aprend\u00ed que debo servir pan de masa madre a mis clientes. Quiero a esas se\u00f1oras que nacieron en el barrio que vengan a tomar un buen caf\u00e9 con algo que lo acompa\u00f1e. Quiero que los turistas vean lo bello del Casco y lo sencillo que es. La vida nos trae sorpresas en las peque\u00f1as cosas. Incre\u00edble como nos hace falta calles con edificios bajos. Los balcones. La gente, a veces veo en los balcones se\u00f1oras mayores, que supongo nacieron en esas casa y me enamor\u00f3. Me encanta caminar por el Casco. De ni\u00f1a recuerdo que ven\u00edamos siempre con visita del extranjero y los llev\u00e1bamos a tomar fotos en las plazas.
