Los que me conocen saben que he hecho yoga on and off por alg\u00fan tiempo, y Maya me recomend\u00f3 este taller. La verdad es que lo disfrut\u00e9 much\u00edsimo, fue muy divertido al mismo tiempo que retador. Pero, extra\u00f1amente, aunque en las fotos se ve todo impresionante y dif\u00edcil, no lo fue: como me dec\u00edan en ballet, es m\u00e1s ma\u00f1a que fuerza.<\/p>\n<p>Al final, tom\u00e9 fotos de todos y termin\u00e9 sin fotos de mi misma! aqu\u00ed les mando un par. Casco Yoga tiene varios talleres entrando, desde \u00abMindfulness\u00bb hasta un retiro de fin de semana.
