The latest initiative of Panamanian chef José Carles, “Lo Que Hay” means “What We Have”, a fonda style restaurant where they cook fresh from the day… and when they are done… they are done! The food is authentic Panamanian comfort and street style food, but with his magic twist. Already becoming the place for chefs in the neighborhood to go eat, they are open:
- Wed, Thur, Fri: breakfast 8 a.m. and lunch at noon, closes about 3 p.m.
- Sat, Sund: lunch and dinner. Closing around 8 p.m.
Location: Avenida A and 5th Street, you have to take a right at Madrigal. You´ll see the door open with the sign.
