Panama Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
Last night we enjoyed a fantastic sunset at the roof terrace of Capital Bistro Panama, the new restaurant in Casco Viejo, and the only one directly off Plaza V Centenario. What a killer position! Views of modern Panama City and Casco Viejo.
Modern decor inside, they seem to be leaning towards tapas. My best picks so far have been the “Mero” and the “Robalo” (Snook). They also have a beautiful chocolat fondant!
