Last night we went to the PRISMA Dance Festival at the Anita Villalaz. The show included performances by dance groups from Argentina, Mexico and USA. The informal ambiance of the Anita Villalaz brought in the perfect intimacy for beautiful experimental pieces about fear, angst for the unknown and the bizarre relationship dynamics we can get into.
I highly recommend it!
So what is coming up on PRISMA?
Tonight! National Theater: the Brazilian troupe Quasar Cia de Danza with “Cielo en la boca”.
Saturday 27th: National Theater: dance companies from Spain and United Kingdom, Mexico and Finland.
Monday 29th: National Theater. John Jasperse (USA) “Truth, Revised Histories, Wishful Thinking, and Flat Out Lies”…. love the title already!
Where to get your tickets: ask at Las Clementinas, they sell VIP passes which includes the entrance to all of them, cocktails, tapas and transportation with the golf cart. If you only want to go to one, ask for this as well.
