Panama Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
You wouldn´t see it from the street, and yet it is one of the best restaurants in Casco Viejo. To get to Atelier you have to go through the left door at Teatro Amador and go upstairs. And then, a beautiful surprise, a boutique style restaurant with what they`ve called “soul food”. Run by Andrés Madrigal and his wife Valle, Atelier has a fantastic ambiance and lovely food. It also hosts events like cooking classes and workshops during the day.
