Casco Viejo, Panama´s Colonial Quarter has a small growing nightlife scene that has been slowly been “taken” by art. From some time now, there´s been “live paintings” at Relic one of Casco´s most popular bars which had included auctions. Now, the event is growing and some other bars and businesses are joining. Tonight! Art Block Party at Casco offers:
Diablo Rosso and JungleWood will open the night at 7 p.m. The Devils will be showing “Circa 10” and JungleWood will be showing a live sculpture demonstration, plus a small performance by the Brass Quintet.
Super Gourmet, almost in front of Diablo Rosso, will have BBQ and Wine until 9:30 p.m. (everything is walking distance, seconds away from each other) and then Relic ( a bit further down) will have live painting (and auction?) from 8:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. !
