Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
Yesterday, a group of artists organized by Sembrarte, painted the basketball field at Calle 4ta Casco Viejo, near the community center Santa Familia. While transforming the walls into a cheerful park full of colors, kids skated back and forth using a donated equipment by Casco Viejo`s Neighborhood and Friends Association (AVACA, in Spanish). Local developer Conservatorio S.A. facilitated equipment for the artists.
The tank with the blue creature is another Sembrarte – AVACA initiative, where artist painted almost 80 tanks and delivered them through the neighborhood to help with the garbage collection system, but with an artistic flair.
