Panama, Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo
I really feel origami is a type of yoga. You need to concentrate, breathe, follow instructions. And if you do, then something beautiful comes out of it. For those who do it a lot, they often claim achieving a sense of bliss, of zen. Now, in Casco, our neighbor Amami Monesson is teaching this beautiful art. Every Sunday, at her place!
Her goal is to make 2000 origami cranes and do an exhibition. You can email her at: amamidesign1986@gmail.com. You can come and join her sessions any time between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location; PH plaza Cathedral 201A (next to restaurant Il Carpaccio )
