Cute Spring Photos at Casco Viejo, Panama

A friend called me: run to Plaza Catedral! the guayacanes are blooming!

I was in the middle of something stuck to my computer. But I knew the call was legit and the urgency of it: guayacanes bloom maybe twice (I would say once) a year in Panama and either you catch the moment or you don´t. They don´t last long, maybe three days, five the most.

I left everything on hold, grabbed my camera and ran down Calle 4ta. Tourists in the streets of Casco Antiguo thought I was a journalist or something.  Local knew better, I was in for something else…

The light wasn´t the best one, and I am no pro.  But I have a good camera!
