Welcome to the second edition of the Casco Viejo Carols By Candlelight event! Organized by David Young from the Canada Club, this year Plaza Francia will fill in with Christmas choruses and candles. This year performers will include several organizations and schools, but also professional singers from Opera Panama and Panama´s National Ballet.
