Panama Casco Viejo, Casco Antiguo

Wednesday night we went to the award dinner hosted by Panama`s Architects and Engineers Association and Panama`s Architecture School.  Every year, these two organizations study a number of buildings from Panamanian designers and award in different categories.

This year, Casco Viejo got its award through Benedetti Hermanos, an Art Deco building restored by Conservatorio S.A. The architects in charge of the project were Hildegard Vásquez and Daniel Young from the firm Hache Uve.
