Three days to go!  and Casco Viejo will be the heart of all the red carpet galas for the International Film Festival Panama. Delicious New Menu at Las Clementinas, Casco Viejo

Casco Antiguo, Panama New Year, new menu at Las Clementinas in Casco Viejo! I haven´t tried everything yet, but so far I`m impressed.  We had a good lunch this past weekend, and it was so nice I took photos of everyone`s dishes and my fork somehow ended on everyone’s plate… For starters, we ordered a “picadillo de mariscos” which was a perfect appetizer as we were a party of five. Great Night at Casco Viejo

Casco Antiguo, Panama Everybody excited and dressed up, the National Theatre was buzzing last night.  The performance opened with Panama`s National Orchestra.  The second part blew people away with Alexander Panizza`s impecable technique.  His encore: La Campanella. Standing ovation! After such a fantastic performance, we went straight to Las Clementinas, I had a craving for their “guacho de mariscos” which is a very nice risotto with tomato and seafood sauce.  Lime and home made picante for those who like it spicy! for me, tons of lime!
