Walking in Casco Viejo during the rain is a lot of fun. If it catches you off guard, you can always run from under balconies. But when the weather gives you a bit of a heads up, people come out with their fashion boots and raincoats. It anyways lasts only an hour (maybe!), so why not have fun while at it?
