International Pianist plays pro Casco Viejo`s Jazz School

Argentinian pianist Alexander Panizza, who is recognized internationally because of its impeccable classical repertoire,  will be performing this week at Casco Viejo`s National Theatre.  Wednesday 27th, at 8 p.m. , all proceeds will go to the Danilo Perez Foundation. Arco Properties featured at Blank Magazine, Panama

Real Estate at Casco Viejo, Panama City, Panama. Dance Program for Casco Viejo Children by Fundacion Calicanto

Casco Antiguo, Panama, Casco Viejo Lifestyle and Real Estate at Panama`s Historic City   Last week, Fundacion Calicanto launched its dance program called “Enlaces” (which means “connections”).  The program is focused on disadvantaged children from  Casco Viejo and Chorrillo seeking to improve their life through education and art.  The program has a holistic approach, where they include help with homework, provide food, theater workshops and psychological support. Latin American Film Festival at Casco Viejo, Panama

Casco Viejo, Canal Museum, Panama Lifestyle at Panama´s Historic District   This week the Canal Museum at Casco Viejo (Panama)  will be hosting a mini Latin American Film Festival.  For those who like revolutions and probably blood in your movies, the theme will be “Independence Wars and Revolutions in Latin America”. Starting tomorrow, and until April 27th, most movies are at 6 p.m.  See the schedule at the photo attached!      

Photos From Last Night`s Art Block at Casco Viejo, Panama

As always, it was quite fun to see the Casco invaded by art and young souls. Here are some shots from last night`s Art Block at Casco Viejo! The night started at Clementinas at their panoramic roof terrace,  but then moved to Plaza Herrera with street dancing in front of Mojitos.  Flamenco dancing at Super G, great jazz at DiVino and DJ`s at La Vecindad and throughout Calle 4ta.  Circus trees walking around to give the surreal touch to the evening. Calle 4ta towards Papiro y Yo had the best “ecological boquitas”, yummy appetizers by chef Joanna and Catriona.   … Continue reading
